DeepWave LLC operates DeepWave and its public-data products. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how privacy questions can be sent.

Information Collected

  • Contact details submitted through forms, such as name, company, email address, phone number, and message content.
  • Account, billing, procurement, and access records needed to provide approved packs, dataset access, downloads, receipts, and support.
  • Search, product, region, download, and usage activity used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • Assessment responses if StratifyIQ or related advisory tools are used.
  • Basic device, browser, analytics, and security logs.

Public Source Data

DeepWave products use public or legally accessible source data. Public-source records may include organization-level provenance, source owners, source record IDs, publication dates, locations, lineage pointers, and other fields available from the originating source.

How Information Is Used

  • To provide sample records, access review, downloads, datasets, APIs, feeds, and managed acquisition services.
  • To maintain source lineage, quality review, product history, customer support, and billing records.
  • To improve product relevance, security, performance, and reliability.
  • To meet legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, and operational obligations.

Service Providers

Hosting, analytics, email, payment, database, AI, and infrastructure providers may process information only as needed to operate the service. DeepWave does not sell personal information.

Analytics

DeepWave may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site activity, such as visited pages, referring sources, device/browser type, and coarse geographic reporting. Google Analytics is configured for basic measurement without advertising personalization signals. DeepWave does not use Google Analytics to collect uploaded document contents, pasted SourceFusion text, passwords, payment data, or account verification tokens.

Google Analytics may use IP address information to derive coarse location reporting and to operate the service, but raw IP addresses are not provided to DeepWave as visitor-level reports. DeepWave may separately retain limited server or security logs where needed for fraud prevention, abuse detection, reliability, and legal obligations.

Security And Retention

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect customer records. Information is retained as long as needed for service delivery, source lineage, business records, security, legal obligations, or legitimate operational needs.

Choices

Requests for access, correction, or deletion of personal information can be sent by email. Some records may need to be retained when required by law, billing records, security obligations, or legitimate business needs.
