Use Of Services

DeepWave LLC provides DeepWaveIntel products for lawful business, research, analytics, and decision-support uses. Products include public-data packs, curated datasets, APIs, feeds, managed acquisition, and related tools.

Decision Support

DeepWave outputs are decision-support materials. Customers remain responsible for validating findings, source limits, compliance requirements, outreach practices, scientific conclusions, operational decisions, and business actions.

Public Data And Source Limits

Products rely on public or legally accessible source data. Availability, completeness, timing, geography, definitions, and comparable values vary by source. Counts, percentages, scores, and recommendations should be interpreted with the limitations shown in the product and export files.

Customer Inputs

Search terms, location inputs, account information, contact messages, and assessment responses should be accurate and lawful. Do not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, or confidential third-party materials unless a written agreement permits it.

Payments And Access

Purchased packs and dataset access are provided according to the pricing page, checkout flow, written proposal, or signed agreement in effect at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled through a hosted payment provider, and raw card data is not stored by DeepWave.

Intellectual Property

DeepWave LLC owns the software, workflows, schemas, scoring logic, packaging logic, templates, and related materials except for public-source records, customer-owned inputs, and third-party materials owned by their respective rights holders.

Availability

DeepWave works to keep services available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features, datasets, source coverage, and refresh schedules may change as products mature.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepWave LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the services.
